About the role
Apunga Landscapes' is seeking a qualified Landscape Tradesperson to join our team in Gold Coast, Queensland. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of highly detailed residential landscaping projects, contributing to the overall success and growth of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Executing both hardscape and softscape landscaping projects according to timeline, budget and best practice construction and horticultural solutions
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise on job sites, ensuring a satisfying outcome for our clients
- Collaborating with the broader team to share knowledge, problem-solve, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our landscaping services
- Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified landscape tradesperson or similar role in the landscaping industry.
- Strong practical skills in landscape construction ie; site set out, retaining walls, concreting, carpentry and paving and also experience in creating ideal planting conditions for our horticultural and softscape projects.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans.
- Experience in excavator and skid steer operation will be strongly considered.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field would be highly regarded
