Fulltime position servicing all VERTO employment regions.
We’re looking for a motivated and outcomes driven Activity Coordinator to lead innovative training and employment activities that support job seekers to build skills, gain confidence, and secure meaningful employment.
In this role, you’ll work across Workforce Australia, Transition to Work and Inclusive Employment Australia programs, designing and delivering activities that connect participants to sustainable employment outcomes.

About the role…..
- Plan and deliver targeted pre-employment and training activities
- Build strong relationships with employers, RTOs and community partners across the VERTO footprint
- Identify opportunities that lead to job placements and education pathways
- Drive participant engagement and achieve activity and outcome targets
- Coordinate programs that improve work readiness and employability
- Monitor performance and ensure compliance within program requirements
About you....
To be successful in this exciting and rewarding role you will have the following:
- Experience in employment services, training, recruitment or a target-driven environment
- Strong ability to engage participants and build employer relationships
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs or performance targets
- Knowledge of Employment Services programs (desirable)
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
