Position Description - To source ingredients, cook and present a variety of Entrees, Mains & Condiments.
Duties
- Lead, Mentor & manage kitchen team.
- Develop & plan menus & specials.
- Create preparation lists for kitchen crew.
- Manage food costings & inventory.
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health codes & regulations.
Requirements -
- Chef trade qualification OR 3 years work experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and best practices.
- Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Pay: $79,500.00 per year
