About the role
Salt Creek Motorcycles is seeking a passionate Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team in Ballina, NSW. This is a casual role, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule. As a Motorcycle Mechanic, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and repairing our customers' motorcycles, ensuring they remain in peak condition.
What you'll be doing
- Performing routine maintenance and servicing on a variety of motorcycle models
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and technical issues
- Test riding motorcycles to ensure proper functioning after repairs
- A current full motorcycle licence is required for this position
- Maintaining detailed records of all work performed
- Adhering to all workshop safety protocols and procedures
What we're looking for
- Formal qualifications in Motorcycle Mechanics or a relevant trade
- Proven experience as a Motorcycle Mechanic
- A minimum of 2-5 years of motorcycle mechanic experience is required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work alone
- A passion for motorcycles and a commitment to providing high-quality work
