Phone Repair Technician / Retail Sales Assistant
Full-Time or Part-Time | Training Provided | Chinese-Speaking Required
Zoomfones Repairs & Accessories is looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated team member to join our growing business.
We are open to applicants who already have experience repairing phones, tablets and other electronic devices. We are also happy to consider someone with strong retail or customer service experience who is interested in being fully trained to become a phone repair technician.
This position can be structured as either full-time or part-time, depending on the right candidate’s availability.
About the Role
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting customers with phone, tablet and computer repair enquiries
- Diagnosing common device faults
- Completing screen, battery, charging-port and other device repairs
- Selling phone accessories, cases, screen protectors and related products
- Installing screen protectors
- Processing sales and repair bookings
- Updating customers on the progress of their repairs
- Keeping the store clean, organised and professionally presented
- Managing stock and completing general store duties
- Learning new repair techniques through practical, hands-on training
About You
The successful applicant will:
- Be able to speak Chinese and English
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Be honest, reliable and punctual
- Be comfortable working in a retail environment
- Have good attention to detail
- Be confident using computers and smartphones
- Be willing to learn phone and device repairs
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Be available for some weekend and shopping-centre trading hours
Previous phone repair experience is highly regarded but is not essential. Applicants with retail, electronics, technology, sales or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $60,880.00 – $86,578.67 per year
