West Wash is an established residential tile roof repair and maintenance business looking to add to our small tight-knit team.
The primary focus of the position will be replacing gutters on residential properties throughout the Perth metropolitan area. You will also assist with replacing roof valleys and flashings on tiled roofs, along with other general roofing and roof maintenance tasks.
We are ideally looking for someone with experience installing or replacing Colorbond gutters, with bonus points if you also have experience with flashings. However, we will consider any candidate with some sheet metal fabrication experience that can be trained into the role.
We are a small team that works closely together, and as such, attitude and team fit are more important than experience or qualifications.
The role will include:
- Removing and replacing Colorbond gutters & downpipes
- Replacing valleys and flashings on tiled roofs (chimney flashings, secret gutters, apron flashings etc. )
- Assisting with other tile roof repair and maintenance work
About you:
- Experience installing or replacing Colorbond gutters and downpipes is ideal
- Some sheet metal fabrication experience at a minimum
- Experience with tiled roofs, valleys or flashings is highly regarded
- Pride in delivering high-quality work, and a strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and able to communicate professionally with customers
