Casual Opportunity
We are seeking a friendly and engaging Female Support Worker to provide social and community-based support for our client located in Taylors Lakes.
$37.60 p/h (base day rate) + shift penalty loadings + super + salary sacrifice
Start ASAP after successful interview with CPSN, references and in person meeting with our client.
About the Client
56-year-old woman who lives at home with her mother. She has mild cerebral palsy and uses a walking frame. She enjoys:
- Socialising
- Going to the library
- Watching movies
She is keen to get involved in community activities and expand her social connections.
About the Role
This role focuses on community access and social support, with occasional in-home activities such as cooking and companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting participation in community activities
- Assisting with attending outings (e.g. library, movies)
- Encouraging social engagement and exploring new activities
- Providing light support at home (e.g. shared meal preparation)
- Transporting the client to and from activities
Shifts Available
- Tuesdays & Thursdays: 10:30am – 12:30pm
- Additional: One flexible community access shift per month
Start Date: 15 June 2026
About You

- Reliable and flexible
Essential Requirements:
- Current driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle (required to transport client)
- Experience in disability support (preferred)
