What's the role?
Roller is News Corp Australia's purpose-built creative agency, located in Surry Hills, Sydney. We are looking for a driven Account Executive to join our team, reporting directly to the Senior Account Director. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and overseeing the execution of campaigns. Your primary focus will be ensuring that all projects are executed seamlessly, deadlines are met, and the client's expectations are consistently exceeded.
Responsibilities
Act as the day-to-day conduit between our clients, creative studios, external agencies, and third-party suppliers to account manage projects, including large national campaigns.
Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring that all deliverables are met efficiently and to client expectations.
Ensure that comprehensive, clear briefs are created for internal teams and that all necessary campaign details are provided to stakeholders.
Communicate any foreseeable challenges to the appropriate parties and use your initiative to troubleshoot, minimising the risk of being late to market.
Provide a high level of client support and communicate consistently throughout the process to instil confidence in both your ability and the process.
Educate and advise clients on production and design issues to ensure a high-level output and foster good client-business relations
