Experienced Landscaper / Landscaper Team Leader (5+ Years Experience)
Green & Clean Co. Pty Ltd is one of Perth's growing landscaping companies, delivering high-quality residential and commercial landscaping projects across the Perth metropolitan area.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Landscaper to join our team. This is not an entry-level position—we are seeking someone with a minimum of 5 years' hands-on landscaping experience who can work independently, lead jobs when required, and consistently deliver high-quality workmanship.
About the Role
You will be working on a variety of landscaping projects including high-end residential developments, new builds and commercial works. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and can represent our company professionally on site.
Essential Experience
Applicants must have at least 5 years of landscaping experience, including extensive experience in:
- Paving (all types)
- Limestone retaining walls
- Reticulation installation and repairs
- Site preparation and earthworks
- Garden construction and landscaping
You should also have solid experience in:
- Concrete works
- Tiling
- Natural and artificial turf installation
- Drainage
- Garden edging
- General landscaping construction
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years landscaping experience (essential)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Ability to read plans and set out projects
- Experience operating landscaping machinery and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Able to work both independently and within a team
Highly Regarded
- Excavator, skid steer or loader tickets
- HR Licence
- Experience leading small teams
- Irrigation qualifications
- Bobcat or machinery operating experience

Salary
$35–$50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications) + Super.

Pay: $52,880.00 – $111,303.31 per year
