Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality burgers, sides, and other menu items in accordance with our recipes and standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Experiment with new recipes and menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
- Provide excellent support to the front-of-house team during busy service periods.
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or burger bar.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Creativity and a passion for food, especially burgers!
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- MUST be available Friday nights.
