What You'll Be Doing
- Build and manage a residential property portfolio through strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Conduct rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears management
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and outgoing inspections
- Finalise bond claims, refunds and landlord insurance claims
- Prepare and attend VCAT/NCAT applications as required
- Supported by a dedicated Property Officer for all routine inspections
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of property management experience
- Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (VIC)
- Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Experience with PropertyMe, I Inspection Express or similar CRMs
- Professional presentation and a client-first mindset
- Current driver's licence
What We Offer
- Base salary $70,000 – $80,000 based on experience
