Key Criteria:

Checks cake order stand for special orders.

Pulls stock from freezer or cooler to fill merchandising area.

De-pans, garnishes and packages baked cheesecakes, seasonal pies and fruit tarts. Places finished product on racks and transfers racks to cooler, freezer or wrapping area.

Checks production schedule for daily needs. Processes all cakes following assembly instruction in Cake Decorating Manual.

Assists with other bakery duties as needed.

Provides prompt and courteous member service.

Keeps decorating area clean and clear of debris. Follows safety and security procedures.

Follows SSOP guidelines as it refers to proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position.

Completes and complies with 11 Commandments of Quality Assurance, Food Safety certification and all safety training required by warehouse and department.
Non-Essential Functions and Tasks:

Assists with front end duties as necessary.

Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.
Qualifications ( industry-specific skills that candidates should possess):

Education/Training: High School Certificate or Higher

Licenses/Certifications: Food safety preferred.

Experience: Cake decorating or comparable experience
