CMV Truck & Bus Derrimut is looking for customer-focused Service Advisors to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become the trusted link between our customers and workshop team, helping to keep some of Australia's leading transport businesses moving.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every service experience is professional, efficient, and positive from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and providing outstanding service both in person and over the phone.
- Creating and managing repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Scheduling service and maintenance appointments to maximise workshop efficiency.
- Keeping customers informed about repair progress, costs, and timeframes.
- Coordinating repairs with Technicians, Parts and Service teams.
- Identifying opportunities to offer additional services and value-added solutions.
- Managing customer expectations and resolving queries with professionalism and care.
- Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
What We're Looking For
You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and thrives on finding solutions.
You'll also bring:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor (automotive, truck, transport or related industry preferred)
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisation and multitasking abilities
- A positive, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence working with computers and service management systems
- The ability to remain calm, professional and empathetic under pressure
- A strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
