We are seeking an exceptional Sales & Studio Administrator to join our growing Pilates and assisted stretching studios in Roseville. This is a casual position working Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
This is not a management role. We are looking for a team player who enjoys supporting the success of the studio and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
About You

- Is confident speaking with clients face-to-face, over the phone and via email
- Has strong sales instincts and enjoys helping people find solutions that improve their health
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Learns new systems and technology quickly

- Takes pride in keeping a workspace clean, organised and professional
- Is reliable, punctual and accountable
- Presents professionally and confidently
- Enjoys working with people of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels
- Is comfortable creating social media content and engaging with our online community
- Ideally lives locally to Roseville or the surrounding area
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming members and prospective clients
- Following up enquiries via phone, email and SMS
- Booking consultations, classes and stretch sessions
- Converting leads into memberships and packages
- Supporting member retention and customer experience initiatives
- Maintaining accurate client records and databases
- Assisting with social media content and engagement
- General administration and operational support
- Maintaining studio cleanliness and presentation standards
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous customer service, sales, reception or administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and confidence using new software
- Social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, Canva or similar)
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
