Stringybark Winery & Restaurant is looking for a skilled and reliable Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.
Located in the beautiful Chittering Valley, Stringybark is a well-known winery and restaurant offering seasonal menus, quality food, local wines, a beer garden, and functions including weddings and private events. We are seeking a Chef who can work confidently in a busy kitchen environment and help maintain the high standard of food and service our customers expect.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of dishes, assisting with menu preparation, maintaining food quality, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen.

Key Requirements:
Proof of formal qualifications in commercial cookery
Minimum of 1 years post qualification experience

Thorough understanding of food safety requirements
Hold a Diploma and advance in Hospitality
Experience running a shift
