About the Role
Join a supportive healthcare team where you'll play a valued role in delivering person-centred care. Working alongside Registered Nurses, you'll help create positive patient experiences, build trusted relationships and maintain high standards of clinical care while contributing to a collaborative and respectful workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care
- Support care plans under RN direction
- Monitor patient health and report changes
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Build positive patient and team relationships
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Uphold clinical standards and best practice
- Promote a safe and respectful care environment
- Liaise with external health and community services
- Contribute to quality care outcomes
About You
You're a caring and capable Enrolled Nurse who enjoys working as part of a team and delivering high quality, person centred care. You'll bring the qualifications, clinical knowledge and communication skills needed to make a positive impact from day one.
- Enrolled Nurse registration with NMBA
- Medication administration qualification
- Experience delivering nursing care in healthcare settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritise, assess and report clinical changes
