Event Staff Australia is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable casual event staff member to join our team for a multi-day customer engagement campaign based in Mascot.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, events, promotions, retail or hospitality who enjoys interacting with people and representing leading brands.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with members of the public.
- Assist with a customer-facing promotional activation.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Answer basic questions and direct customers where required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift.
- Follow client instructions and Event Staff Australia procedures.
We're Looking For
- Friendly, confident and approachable personality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Well presented with a professional attitude.
- Previous experience in events, promotions, hospitality, retail or customer service is highly regarded.
- Available to work all scheduled shifts. A day or two a week is also fine.
