Our Seven Hills location services the wider Western Suburbs and is entering a strong growth phase across sales, memberships and service utilisation.
The Role?
We are seeking a hands-on Customer Service/Sales Assistant to own the day-to-day performance of the centre and lead the team through the next stage of growth. The successful candidate will be providing excellent customer service skills with confidence and knowledge of the services we provide at Re5 (training will be provided). Customers will need assistance with most services, your warmth and care will be expected alongside a great attitude and added smile. Services and rooms will need to to kept clean, tidy and ready for the next client, attention to detail is highly recommended. All clients will be checked in and out through the point of sale system, which will capture their information/details, appointments, payments and status details. Friendly phone manner and clear communication is highly expected for incoming and outgoing calls by customers/vendors or potential clients. Maintenance and hygiene of the facility is very important, as we maintain a 5 star review rating for our very aesthetic, clean and tidy centre.
Current shift requirements:
Monday 1pm-8pm
Wednesday 2pm-8pm
Thursday 8am-2pm
Alternate Saturday/Sunday 5hrs either 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm

- Saturday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Sunday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
