We believe our people are at the heart of everything we do here at Benmax. As a proudly Australian business with 40 years of experience, we've built our reputation by delivering quality solutions, investing in our people and creating opportunities for growth.
From commercial mechanical services to innovative cooling solutions supporting Australia's AI and data centre infrastructure, we're continuing to grow, and we're looking for a Development Coordinator to support our Strategy and Development division as we take on new sites, new facilities and new opportunities.
This is a great opportunity for a senior administrator or executive assistant who enjoys variety, works well with senior stakeholders and wants exposure to high level strategic projects.
You'll provide executive and administrative support to senior leaders across the division, along with project administration support across our development activities.
Your work will span diary management, correspondence and travel coordination through to project tracking, document control and support for new site and facility establishment. You'll work closely with the Strategy team and Project Managers, and at times you'll be exposed to commercially sensitive information, including matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, so we're after someone with the seniority and judgement to handle that with discretion.
