What we’re looking for:
Final year Undergraduate/Master’s student with outstanding academic achievement
Mathematics, engineering, statistics, or programming background would be advantageous
Strong interest in global financial markets and factors that impact them
Strong quantitative and analytical skills

What you’ll do:
Support the pricing, execution, and lifecycle management of client transactions across FICC products including rates, credit, FX, and commodities
Work closely with both sales and trading teams to understand client demand and deliver tailored market solutions
Monitor global markets, economic data, and news flow to identify risks and opportunities impacting clients and trading positions
Assist in managing trading books, including P&L tracking, risk analysis, and position monitoring
Contribute to the generation of trade ideas, including relative value opportunities, hedging strategies, and macro themes
Prepare and deliver client materials such as market updates, trade ideas, and pitch presentations
Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients by responding to enquiries, providing market colour, and facilitating execution
Analyse client flows and trading activity to identify trends and opportunities to grow revenue and wallet share
Collaborate with structuring, research, and other product teams to deliver cross-asset solutions
Support process improvements, including the use of data analysis and technology to enhance efficiency and execution
Program Overview
