WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an organised, creative and enthusiastic Junior Digital Fashion Assistant with a genuine passion for fashion to join our small, close-knit team in West Ryde. This varied, hands-on role will support our production, stock management and marketing activities while providing valuable experience across fashion production, e-commerce and digital marketing.
Casual position, 2 days per week
Your role will include:
- Assist with the coordination of clothing production, including samples, fabrics, trims and production timelines.
- Organise, label and maintain samples, stock and product records.
- Support stocktakes, inventory management and the preparation of stock for launches, photoshoots and promotions.
- Assist with quality control and ensure products are correctly labelled, presented and stored.
- Upload and update products, descriptions, images, pricing and stock levels on the website.
- Assist the marketing team with social media content, email campaigns and other digital marketing activities.
- Picking and processing online orders.
- Provide general administrative support across the production, e-commerce and marketing teams.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team and assist with other day-to-day tasks as required.
We are looking for someone with:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Interested in fashion, e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Confident using social media and comfortable learning new digital platforms.
- A proactive team player who is willing to learn and help wherever needed.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok channels.
- Excellent computer skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Great time management skills and highly organised.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Able to work autonomously and be proactive, as well as being a team player.
- Sewing experience an advantage.
