Mad Mex is back to its OG roots! Fighting for Flavour, Defending for Freshness and always bringing a Por El Sabor (for the flavour) attitude to everything we do.

About the Role
At Mad Mex, our team members (we call them Luchadores) are our champions of flavour and freshness, embodying our luchador profile: Fighting for Flavour and Defender of Freshness. Your mission? To prepare fresh, healthy, and authentic Mexican food, and deliver it with a smile – one that lights up your eyes and radiates cheeky, vibrant energy.
Our restaurants are fast-paced, playful, and bold environments, so being quick on your feet and efficient is key. But don’t worry if you have no experience – all you need is a vibrant personality, a love for Mexican food, and a willingness to learn. We’ll teach you how to roll the world’s best burritos and deliver top-notch customer service, all while having a blast!
