A professional cabinet making business requires a trade qualified Detailed Joiner.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in producing high-quality joinery and cabinetry to exact specifications. Working within a modern manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for interpreting detailed drawings, manufacturing custom components, and ensuring exceptional workmanship throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble high-quality joinery and cabinetry components
- Read and interpret production drawings, plans and specifications
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
- Measure, cut and prepare materials to precise dimensions
- Complete detailed assembly work to exacting quality standards
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Work collaboratively with production and project teams
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Trade qualifications in Cabinet Making, Joinery (essential)
- Previous experience as a Detailed Joiner, Cabinet Maker or similar trade role
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience working with sheet materials, laminates and timber products
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
