Responsibilities
As the Non-Conformity Quality Technician, you will focus on managing non-conformities on purchased parts throughout full process. The role is based in the production area and involves:
- Defect characterization
- Creating non-conformity reports (NCR), and coordinating containment and curative actions.
- Securing the production line by ensuring defective parts are identified, blocked, and removed from use, while organizing re-feeding to the line with conform parts.
Coordination with suppliers for rework and sorting, and regular interaction with internal stakeholders in daily and weekly meetings.

Your Profile
We’re looking for people who bring:
- Certification or qualification in quality management (i.e, Diploma of Quality Management or equivalent)
- Valid Forklift licence
- Experience within Quality or Production
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
