About the Role
As a Hairdresser at Blunt Unisex Salon, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring exceptional customer experience in a friendly and professional salon environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Consulting clients to understand their hairstyle preferences and needs
- Cutting, trimming, colouring, bleaching, and styling hair using professional techniques
- Performing hair treatments including conditioning, straightening, and keratin treatments
- Recommending suitable hairstyles, hair care products, and treatments to clients
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the salon
- Managing appointments and ensuring excellent customer service
- Keeping up to date with current industry trends and styling techniques
Skills & Experience Required
- Relevant qualification in Hairdressing or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of modern hair cutting, colouring, and styling techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Passionate, reliable, and professional attitude
