Garden View Aged Care Pty Ltd is a non profit residential aged care facility that has operated for 30years. We focus on fostering respectful relationships and rapport with our clients. Adopting a partnership approach, with an understanding and nurturing attitude, the team work to flexibly altercare based on feedback and suggestions. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team.
As a Registered Nurse, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare high-quality care plans and assessments, provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly residents according to established nursing standards and practices.
- Ensure safe medication administration, best practice wound care and clinical support for our residents,in line with resident needs and legislative requirements.
- Support health promotion and aid in illness prevention through educational activities and wellnessinitiatives.
- Provide clear explanations and information to residents and their families regarding treatment optionsand care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and team members to coordinate resident care.
- Supervise and manage a care team to deliver the highest quality, person-first, care to our residents.
- Engage in handovers with the Care Team to ensure continuity of care across shifts.
- Adhere to all relevant legislative requirements and quality guidelines skills and experience

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification
- Registration with AHPRA required
Experience:
- At least 1-year minimum experience as a Registered Nurse in a related field.
Pay: $79,500.00 – $90,000.00 per year
