The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality and environmental standards. This role supervises trades and subcontractors, manages on-site resources, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Trade qualification or relevant experience in construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and tradespeople.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and site plans.
- Demonstrates a consistent track record of upholding Dasco’s core values of excellence, respect, partnership, reliability, and safety in all aspects of work, with a proactive approach to applying these principles in day-to-day responsibilities
