What You'll Do:
Based in Northen Victoria, this role supports a customer base with a focus on crop, pasture and fertiliser, combining on-farm relationship management with commercial growth across the local market.
Provide agronomic advice and stay current on seasonal conditions, product performance and industry best practice
Build trusted on-farm relationships, identify customer needs and deliver high-quality after-sales support
Identify growth opportunities, build key relationships and increase uptake of Nutrien products and services across your customer portfolio
Support branch performance through forecasting, budgeting inputs.
Promote and represent Nutrien Ag Solutions at relevant industry meetings, conferences and seminars, in-store days and related events
Share market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activity and local opportunities
What You'll Bring:
Sales experience in agronomy, with confidence providing on-farm production advice (2+ years)
A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Ag Science) or equivalent experience
Customer-first approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills across growers, suppliers and internal teams
Planning and commercial awareness, including forecasting, identifying opportunities and using customer data to drive outcomes
Computer literacy and comfort using farm management systems
Current driver’s licence
