Roster:
5 days on, 2 days off – 10.5 hours (including a meal break) 2 weeks day shift - 06:00am-16:30pm
1 week night shift - 15:00pm-01:30am
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate a team of mechanics and apprentices
- Promote and encourage high safety and quality standards
- Assist in training and developing team members
- Handle high volume work efficiently
Skills & Experience:
• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Heavy Mobile Plant Technology)• Caterpillar equipment experience
- Team leadership experience with a strong emphasis on safety
- High attention to detail to ensure quality control aligns with dealer standards
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Experience with machine and component rebuilds is advantageous.
