Luna's Deli is a growing café, deli, and gelateria located in the heart of Coolangatta. We pride ourselves on making everything from scratch, using quality ingredients and traditional techniques.
We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated Chef/Cook to join our team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on kitchen position involving both production and service. You will be involved in preparing doughs, daily food production, cooking, and breakfast/lunch service.
Hours:
- Starting at 5:30am
- Currently 4 days per week
- 8.5-hour shifts
- Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen service experience
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your section
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Organised, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Passion for food, quality, and continuous improvement
