Your Role
As Bar Manager, you’ll lead from the front and take ownership of the day-to-day bar operation, working closely with the venue leadership team to deliver exceptional service, strong team performance and consistently high standards.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing bar team.
Delivering polished, attentive and genuine guest service.
Overseeing daily bar operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service.
Maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards.
Bringing strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beverage service.
Training and developing team members to build confidence and product knowledge.
Managing stock, ordering, inventory and stock control.
Monitoring beverage costs, wastage and operational efficiencies.
Supporting rostering and labour management.
Ensuring RSA, workplace health and safety and venue procedures are consistently followed.
Working collaboratively with the Restaurant Manager and broader leadership team.
About You
You’re an experienced hospitality leader who is confident behind the bar, passionate about great service and knows how to bring the best out of a team.
You’ll bring:
Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager or senior bar professional within a premium, high-volume hospitality environment.
Strong cocktail, wine, spirits and beverage knowledge.
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong attention to detail and presentation.
A current RSA.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Full working rights in Australia.
