Green Life Window and Door Systems is a leading aluminium windows and doors company in Adelaide, specialising in high-quality, customised solutions for residential and commercial projects. To support our continued growth and ensure the successful delivery of projects, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team based.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating windows and doors projects from planning through to completion. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, installers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the execution of windows and doors projects to ensure progress aligns with project plans
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, installation teams, and internal departments to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Identify and resolve issues and challenges during project execution
- Track project progress and monitor work quality to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, and records
Requirements
- Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- Diploma or above qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant project coordination experience; windows and doors industry experience is highly regarded
- Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
