Based out of our vibrant Coburg hub, you will service a rewarding, diverse caseload across Melbourne’s Northern or Western suburbs.

About the Caseload:
Unlike standard single-sector roles, you will enjoy a rich, multi-sector clinical experience. You will provide high-quality assessment and intervention across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults) across a varied funding mix, including:
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- Medicare
- Transport Accident Commission (TAC)
- Aged Care
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, literacy, and swallowing assessments.
- Develop and deliver individualized, person-centered therapy plans aligned with client goals across NDIS, TAC, Aged Care, and Medicare frameworks.
- Prescribe and implement AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems where appropriate.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions for conditions including autism, developmental delays, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and complex neurological needs.
- Write clear, high-quality, and timely clinical reports, progress updates, and funding reviews.
- Collaborate deeply with families, carers, educators, and the broader allied health team to ensure holistic care.
What You Bring:
- A Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Minimum 1 Years Experience
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) Certified Practising membership.
- Experience (or a strong, demonstrated interest) working across NDIS, Medicare, or complex trauma/rehabilitation frameworks.
- An absolute passion for clinical excellence and a desire to contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- A valid Australian driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for community visits.
