In this role, you'll:
This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of technology and commercial contracts to support the delivery of customer-focused digital initiatives. It oversees end-to-end contract administration, including performance management, financial tracking, and ensuring compliance with government procurement and governance frameworks. The position provides expert commercial advice, supports negotiations, and drives supplier performance to deliver value for money and strong service outcomes. It also plays a key role in managing risk, improving contract processes, and fostering effective supplier partnerships across a complex technology environment.

About you
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in contract and commercial management, ideally within technology, ICT, or complex service delivery environments which are supporting delivery of services directly to customer. They have a solid understanding of large and complex projects with proven capability in negotiating contracts, analysing commercial issues, and managing supplier performance. The candidate is a confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and navigate complex, multi-vendor environments while ensuring compliance and governance standards are met. A proactive and detail-oriented approach is essential, with the ability to identify risks, drive continuous improvement, and deliver high-quality commercial outcomes.
