Deliver exceptional customer service while managing high‑volume coffee orders
Ensure every customer receives a consistently high‑quality coffee
Maintain stock levels and keep your workspace clean and organised
Set, adjust, and calibrate coffee machines and grinders
Perform daily cleaning, maintenance, and machine step‑down procedures
Hold a valid Blue Card
Experienced barista with strong technical coffee skills
Professionally presented with excellent communication abilities
Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Barista qualification required
Minimum 1 year barista experience
Strong customer service focus and a warm, engaging “barista personality”
