We are currently looking for an experienced Cook – Pan Section to join our talented kitchen team at Hurricanes Grill Castle Hill.

About the Role
As a Cook on the Pan Section, you'll play an important role in preparing and cooking our signature dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency and presentation.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items on the pan section to Hurricanes' recipes and standards.
- Ensure dishes are presented consistently and delivered on time during service.
- Maintain a clean, organised and food-safe workstation.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures.
- Assist with training junior kitchen staff when required.
- Contribute to a positive, professional and team-focused kitchen environment.
What We're Looking For
You will have:
- At least 2 years' experience working on the pan section in a busy restaurant.
- The ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
- Current Food Handling Certificate.
