The Role
Beyond Health Services is seeking an experienced and fully qualified Psychologist with expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This is an exciting opportunity to support individuals living with ASD, along with clients presenting with a range of emotional, behavioural, and cognitive challenges. You will play a vital role in delivering assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based psychological support to both individuals and their families.

About the Role
As a Psychologist at Beyond Health Services, you will:
- Conduct psychological assessments, including cognitive and behavioural evaluations
- Provide diagnostic assessments and reports to support NDIS applications and therapeutic plans
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to each client's needs
- Deliver counselling and therapeutic support to individuals and their families/carers
- Support clients with ASD, ADHD, anxiety, behavioural challenges, and other developmental or mental health conditions
- Collaborate with support coordinators, therapists, families, and external stakeholders to ensure holistic and consistent care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and NDIS standards
About You
- Fully registered Psychologist with AHPRA
- Experience working with clients with ASD, developmental delays, and/or behavioural needs
- Proficient in conducting psychological assessments and writing NDIS reports
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centred approach
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport for community-based services
NDIS Compliance
To ensure compliance with NDIS requirements, you will need to hold or be willing to obtain the following:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Completion of NDIS Modules
- Valid Police Check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Location
This role is based in VIC, providing services in the surrounding areas.
