Salary package: $100,847 - $116,083 per annum plus 17% superannuation

The Position
Based in the Physics Education Centre within the Research School of Physics, the Physics Education Centre Coordinator provides high level, comprehensive advice and administrative support to the Physics Education program.
The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to the following.
- Provide expert advice interpretation and assistance on University policies, rules and procedures.
- Act as the first point of contact for student and staff enquiries relating to undergraduate and postgraduate coursework programs offered by the Research School of Physics.
- Provide high-level support to the Physics Education Centre academic team.
- Management of physics education events such as student seminars and physics project market day.
- Management of scholarships and prizes.
The Person
To excel in this role you will have experience in tertiary sector administration and will demonstrate:
- An strong focus on helping people using empathy and care
- Ability to problem solve and work collaboratively as a member of a team
- High level of motivation and initiative
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
