We have two exciting opportunities available, offering the chance to join an expanding business and make a real impact across our recruitment function.
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a busy recruitment workload, building strong relationships and finding the right people for the right opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles
- Source and identify high-quality candidates
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders
- Coordinate recruitment processes and ensure vacancies are progressed efficiently
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting
- Support the wider Talent Acquisition team as the business continues to grow
We’re also seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who can hit the ground running, confidently manage a busy recruitment portfolio and step into an established team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source, screen and interview candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
- Ensure recruitment activity is delivered efficiently and within required timeframes
- Provide recruitment support across the wider business
For both positions, you’ll bring:
- Previous recruitment experience – essential
- Strong communication and people skills
- The ability to build genuine relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Pronto & MYOSH experience – desirable, but not essential
