About the Role
TRULUX is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our cosmetic manufacturing team based in Frenchs Forest, NSW. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing relationships from initial brief through to product delivery, while working closely with our production, formulation, and logistics teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts within the cosmetics manufacturing space
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (production, R&D, quality, logistics)
- Prepare and present quotes, timelines, and product proposals to clients
- Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates or issues to clients
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services
- Resolve client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and account status
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product specifications and deadlines are achieved
About You
- Previous experience in account management, ideally within manufacturing, cosmetics, or FMCG industries
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with production and technical teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
