NDIS Support Worker – Maidstone | Casual Role
We're on the lookout for a reliable, easy-going and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in Maidstone. It's a great role if you're caring, patient, and keen to make a real difference in someone's life — whether you're just starting out in support work or looking to grow your experience.
Shift Available (8 hours/week):
- 12:00pm–4:00pm (days adjustable as needed for participants preference)
About the Role
You'll be supporting an NDIS participant with daily living tasks and community access, helping them build confidence and independence. We're after someone warm, dependable, and ready to build a genuine, respectful connection.
What You'll Need:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid National Police Check
- Experience supporting individuals with ASD (preferred)
- Female applicants encouraged to apply (in line with participant preference)
