Finance Business Partner: Step Up Into a Career-Defining Role
This is one of those rare opportunities. A genuine step-up role for a Senior Accountant or FP&A Analyst ready to move into a Finance Business Partner position, working directly with the Financial Controller and department heads to shape how the business runs.

About The Role
You'll partner with key stakeholders across the business to understand commercial drivers and turn them into insights that shape decisions. This isn't a back-office reporting role. You'll be in the room with department heads, helping automate and modernise how finance operates.
What You'll Own
- Partner directly with the Financial Controller and department heads on commercial decision-making
- Drive process improvement initiatives across finance and operations, with a strong focus on automation and integration
- Lead and contribute to transformation projects reshaping how the finance function operates
- Train and mentor members of the Planning and Reporting team
- Own key budgeting and reporting cycles
- Build and maintain financial models supporting forecasting and business planning
About You
- Confident communicating commercial insights to decision makers
- Comfortable with BI tools such as SAP BI or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role
- CA / CPA certified or equivalent
- Experience in financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting
