Sufra is looking for a skilled and reliable Pastry Chef to join our growing team! We're seeking someone who is passionate about baking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to producing high-quality pastries.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries to a high standard.
- Multitask efficiently during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bakery/kitchen area.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Provide friendly, customer-focused service when needed.
- Work efficiently as part of a team during peak hours.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced bakery (non-negotiable — applicants without this will not be considered)
- Must live within 10km of 20/3 Australia Ave, Sydney Olympic Park NSW
- Available on a part-time basis (Friday – Sunday preferred)
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Hospitality experience is a bonus
- Full working rights in Australia
