Assistant Project Manager – Construction / Design Drafting

Instaco Pty Ltd is a specialist in premium outdoor living solutions. We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of architectural shade and roofing projects across SEQ.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with full project lifecycle – from design to installation
- Provide shop drawings for installers, clients and council applications
- Coordinate suppliers, installers, and site schedules
- Use AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, and Excel tools to support design & delivery
- Address buildability and installation challenges proactively
- Attend site visits and manage documentation
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong background in project delivery or construction coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Inventor/Revit desirable)
- Knowledge of fabrication, installation timelines, and site sequencing
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Project management: 3 years (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Diploma in Project management (Required)
