About the Role
As a Bartender at Meat Flour Wine, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. From crafting classic cocktails to serving wine, beer, and spirits, you'll help deliver the warm, friendly service we're known for.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages
- Providing outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
- Processing orders accurately through the POS system
- Working collaboratively with the floor and kitchen teams
- Ensuring responsible service of alcohol (RSA) standards are always met
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
What We're Looking For
- Previous bartending or bar experience in a busy venue
- Current Victorian RSA certificate
- Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Cocktail knowledge is highly regarded but not essential
