An Implementation Consultant at Build Club helps organizations successfully adopt the company's AI platforms, learning solutions, and workflow automation tools. The role works closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure AI solutions, coordinate implementation projects, provide user training, and ensure a smooth deployment. Implementation Consultants also collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to maximize customer adoption and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate AI platform implementation projects.
- Gather and analyze client business and technical requirements.
- Configure AI solutions based on customer needs.
- Work with product, engineering, and customer success teams during implementation.
- Conduct system testing and validate implementation results.
- Provide user training, onboarding, and product demonstrations.
- Assist with data migration and system integrations.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide post-launch support.
- Prepare implementation documentation and progress reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and customer experience.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Pay: From $8,500.00 per month
