As the On-Site Foreman / Leading Hand Carpenter, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations while maintaining our high standards of workmanship, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
You will work closely with the Director and be responsible for:
- Leading and supervising carpenters, apprentices and subcontractors
- Managing daily site operations
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Coordinating deliveries and materials
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintaining site cleanliness and organisation
- Communicating with clients when required
- Identifying and resolving site issues
- Assisting with project scheduling and planning
- Quality control and defect management
Pay: $70,543.09 – $128,057.52 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Northern Beaches NSW
