What You'll Be Doing
As a Trade Marks Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- Preparing trade mark applications and related filings
- Managing case records and maintaining accurate data in our IP management system
- Monitoring deadlines and critical dates across trade mark portfolios
- Working closely with attorneys to ensure matters progress efficiently
- Preparing correspondence, reports and invoices
- Liaising with clients, overseas associates and trade mark offices across multiple jurisdictions
- Assisting with precedents, templates and process improvements
- Supporting the smooth delivery of high-quality client service
About You
You're an experienced Trade Marks Assistant with several years' recent trade marks experience, ideally gained within a specialist IP practice or law firm.
You'll also bring:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using IP management software, ideally Inprotech
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to help wherever needed
