We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Civil Engineering Team Lead to join our dynamic team in our region, based in Albury, NSW. As the Civil Engineering Team Lead, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers in design and works.
- Manage the delivery of civil design projects including large staged residential subdivisions, smaller residential developments, and rural lot subdivisions.
- Oversee project management, inspections, and certification of engineering designs.
- Drive business development and client engagement.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
