We’re looking for a talented and driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen and help shape the next chapter for Zesty Lemon Cafe in Deception Bay.
Located in the beautiful Moreton Bay region, our café blends coastal freshness with rural charm. We’re seeking a creative chef who can create a standout menu that highlights the best of our local produce — think bright, zesty flavours paired with quality seafood from the bay and fresh ingredients from nearby farms.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and evolve an innovative yet approachable menu that showcases Moreton Bay’s coastal and hinterland produce, with a signature zesty twist.
- Lead and mentor our kitchen team with energy, precision, and a focus on consistency and quality.
- Build strong relationships with local suppliers to ensure fresh, sustainable ingredients that shine in every dish.
- Elevate the café’s reputation by delivering memorable meals that keep customers coming back.
- Work closely with the team to maintain smooth kitchen operations and a positive, high-energy environment during busy service.
